State Info for Team Managers

Congratulations on qualifying for a 2025 Minnesota Hockey State Tournament!  To help your team continue its success, we have organized this packet to ensure you have all the information you need to make your trip to State an unforgettable experience!

Rosters & Logos

Minnesota Hockey’s commemorative State Tournament program will include every participating team’s roster and logo. Please email your team’s roster and logo (please use the form on the right labeled 'Roster Template Form' instead of a USA Hockey link) to Minnesota Hockey and the host tournament coordinator (see below) no later than Noon on Monday, March 3, 2025.  

Lodging

Your State Tournament host should have a block of rooms set aside for you at a local hotel. We recommend contacting the tournament coordinator as soon as you qualify to find out which hotel your block is set at.  

Tournament Fees

Each team participating in a State Tournament entry fee of $700.00, payable to the host association or district. Payment must be received by the 1st game of tournament.

Spectator Fees

State Tournaments will be charging the spectator fees listed below. 

  • $25.00 - Tournament Pass
  • $15.00 - Daily Pass
  • $15.00 - Senior and Student Tournament Pass
  • $10.00 - Senior and Student Daily Pass
  • Free - 10 and under
  • Free - In-Uniform Servicemen (Veterans/Active Duty)

Note: Tournament passes from other State Tournament sites are not transferable. 

Live Streaming

MNHockey.Tv will provide live broadcasts of the quarterfinals, semifinals and championship games of all 2024 Minnesota Hockey State Tournament games.  All games streamed by MNHockey.Tv will be available on a pay per view basis. Spectators will have the option to purchase a single day or a weekend pass. To start watching, go to https://www.mnhockey.tv/youth-state.

Apparel

State Tournament apparel will be available for purchase online (no on-site sales) through the duration of the tournaments. All apparel will ship directly to customers’ homes. Order by 3/5 for the best chance of receiving your apparel before the tournament.

State Tournament Brackets & Scores

A list of tournament brackets is available to the right/below. All games will be scored via GameSheet with complete results posted on each tournament's respective web page. No scoring changes will be made once the games are completed by the scorekeeper.
