Apple Valley Hockey Seeking Non-Parent Coaches

Apple Valley Hockey Association is seeking non-parent head and assistant coaches for all traveling levels.  This includes Jr Gold and 15U for 2022-23.  Non-parent coaches are paid competitively.  We are looking for dedicated individuals to focus on player development and provide leadership for our athletes.

EAGAN HIGH SCHOOL SEEKS HEAD GIRLS VARSITY HOCKEY COACH

Eagan High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as its Head Girls Varsity Hockey Coach.

Candidates are desired to have proven technical and instructional expertise in Hockey.  Candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the program and the local community. Practices are often at 3:30 on school days.   This coach will advise, coordinate, and run the program according to expectations of the MSHSL, District 196, the Athletic Director and Principal. View a complete job description here

NEW PRAGUE SEEKS COACHES FOR ALL UPPER LEVELS - INCLUDING JUNIOR GOLD

The New Prague Hockey Association is seeking qualified non-parent coaching applicants for all upper levels of play. This includes our 12U, 10U, Bantam, Peewee, and Squirt level teams, as well as a new Junior Gold program we will be launching this season. Northern Lakes Seeks Head Boys High School Coach

Northern Lakes Lightning hockey co-op located in Pequot Lakes MN is seeking a High School Boys hockey coach.  The Lightning recently made their first MN State Tournament appearance and with recent success in their Bantam and Peewee programs, hope to build on that success to achieve a Class A State Title.  

A cooperative between the communities of Pequot Lakes, Pine River, Crosby, and Aitkin, this position also has a number of potential employment opportunities in the role of teacher, Athletic Director, or employment in private business.

Hastings High School Seeks Assistant Girls Hockey Coach.

Hastings High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as Assistant Girls Hockey Coach.

Candidates are desired to have successful high school and/or collegiate level coaching experience, and/or related successful experiences in educational leadership. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the program and the local community.

This position reports to the Head Coach, Athletic Director and Principal, who provide overall job objectives and observe performance.

This coach will advise, coordinate, and support the athletic personnel for the varsity team, and assist with the Junior Varsity team, according to expectations of the Head Coach, Athletic Director and Principal.

DULUTH GIRLS HOCKEY SEEKS COACHES

The Duluth Girls Hockey Association is looking for passionate head and assistant  coaches for all levels including 8U, 10U, 12U, and 15U during the 2022-23 season. Duluth Girls Hockey is committed to supporting all coaches by providing as many resources and opportunities as possible. Travel expenses and all training fees are covered.

Coon Rapids Seeks Head Coaches

Coon Rapids Youth Hockey Association (CRYHA) has a strong need for Head Coaching Candidates at the Bantam, Peewee, and Squirt levels. Our competitively paid positions include paid travel expenses to out-of-town tournaments, reimbursement of coaching registration expenses, and apparel stipend. Coaches will also receive coaching development opportunities during the season! Head Coaches are allowed 2 additional paid assistant coaches as well.

Delano Youth Hockey Seeking Paid Boys and Girls Coaches

Delano Youth Hockey Association is looking for passionate, qualified and skilled non-parent coaches at all levels for the upcoming 2022-23 season.  Specific level needs are for Boys Bantam A, B1 & C PeeWee A, B1, & C and girls 12U and 15U.  Each of these positions are competitively paid and out-of-town travel expenses are issued a stipend to cover travel, food and lodging.  Head Coach and Assistant Coach roles are available.  We will work with you to find the appropriate fit within our association.

Lakeville Youth Hockey Seeking Head Coaches

The Lakeville Hockey Association is seeking paid head coaches for our youth hockey teams located in Lakeville, Minnesota. Opportunities for competitive pay include both girls and boys youth hockey, age groups U10/Squirt - U15/Junior Gold/Bantams, where you will be providing leadership and guidance to student athletes in the Lakeville area. Successful candidates will encompass: 

  • Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior  
  • Positive, high energy, and committed  
  • Partners well with parents, staff, community leaders etc.  
  • View success not just as winning, but as helping team members to reach goals 
  • Previous high level of playing or coaching experience 

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Ability to coach to in all aspects of hockey operations that include but are not limited to; practice planning, skill development, video review, practice and game schedule arrangements,  
  • Ability to engage with players and families appropriately on-ice and off-ice.  
  • Ability to commit to 3-4 practice/games a week on average, including some weekend availability due to tournaments, located in Lakeville 
  • Participate and collaborate across organization for player development opportunities 
  • Assist in all other facets of the Lakeville hockey program.
