The purpose of the CCM High Performance Program is to identify, train, educate, and evaluate Minnesota's best hockey players. The competition throughout our program gives each player the opportunity to measure themselves against others in her age group, gain knowledge about her development and be exposed to outstanding coaching

• Phase 1: Players will participate in tryouts within their Minnesota Hockey Districts. In 2025, players must have a 2010 birth date to participate. Players will receive 3.5 - 4  hours of ice time.
• Phase 2: The top 30 players from each District will participate in a Development phase, with 20 from each District advancing to Phase 3. Players will receive 10 hours of ice time.
• Phase 3: The District teams will compete in two pre-festival games in Blaine, MN  & Moorhead  and three games at the Girls HP 15 Spring Festival at Doug Woog Arena in So St Paul .
• Phase 4: The top 102 players from the Spring Festival will be selected to compete at the CCM High Performance Summer Festival at St. Olaf's College in Northfield, MN
• Phase 5: Players will attend the USA Hockey Girls 15 Player Development Camps. 

The Spring and Summer Festivals provide an excellent opportunity to be seen by college coaches. In addition, players have the opportunity to be evaluated for potential participation in national camps.

Traditionally, Minnesota has had about 50% turn over in players selected to national camps from one year to the next. In 2012, there was a 56% turn over from the previous year's 15 list and 40% turn over from the previous year's 16 list. This is proof of the large talent base here in Minnesota, our dedication to a fair, non-biased evaluation process, and the continued development of our players.
