Girls Tier I 14U
The CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance Tier I Leagues provide the top players from each district or section a chance to play with and against the best players in the state. For the 2025-26 season, the Girls 14 & Under classification is for players born in 2011 & 2012. The Leagues are conducted in accordance with USA Hockey rules and all teams are eligible for USA Hockey’s Tier I National Championships.
The Girls 14U League is expected to have 7 teams: Loons (District 2), Walleye (District 3), Gray Ducks (District 4/5/9), Lakers (District 6), Moose (Districts 8), Green Giants (District 10), and Blue Ox (Districts 11/12 & 15/16).
The tryout process will begin in June with competition weekends starting in August and running through late September. As part of the CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance programs, there will be 18 on-ice skill development practices, eight off-ice training sessions, and at least 17 games including league games, a National Invitational Tournament and playoffs.

May/June - 2025 Tryouts
To be eligible for tryouts, players should have played on an 12U A, 15U A or High School team during the 2024-25 season. If your association did not field an A/AA team, B players are eligible to tryout. Contact your District GM with questions.

- Aug. 1 - Weeknight games begin
- Aug. 15 - 17 - Two Select Teams (top 40) go to Chicago Invitational
- Aug. 22 - 24 - Fogerty Arena (Blaine)
- Aug. 29 - 31 - Labor Day - Off Weekend
- Sept. 5 - 7 - Fogerty Arena (Blaine)
- Sept. 12 - 14 - Off Weekend
- Sept. 19 - 21 - Rhunestone Arena, Alexandria, MN (Tier I only)
- Sept. 26 - 28 - League Playoffs - Doug Woog Arena (South St. Paul)
- Oct. 3 - 5 - MN District Playoffs (Plymouth Arena)
The winner shall advance to the USA Hockey National Championships.
Oct. 16 - 19 Girls Tier I 14U National Invitational Tournament in Andover, MN
The Girls NIT will include top level Tier I teams from across the country.
March 24-29, 2026 - Amherst, NY - 2026 USA Hockey Tier I National Championships
