Girls 19U Hockey

The rapid expansion of girls hockey since the mid-1990's has created a situation in which some communities have more girls players than they can fit on their high school team. To ensure these girls still have an opportunity to play, Minnesota Hockey has developed the Girls 19U level. There are typically about six teams that compete at this level each season in the metro. To verify age eligibility, please visit our age levels web page in our registration section.

Past State Champions:

  • 2018 - Wayzata
  • 2017 - Edina
  • 2016 - White Bear Lake
  • 2015 - Blaine
  • 2014 - Osseo-Maple Grove
  • 2013 - Osseo-Maple Grove
  • 2012 - Burnsville
  • 2011 - Centennial
  • 2010 - Osseo-Maple Grove
  • 2009 - Edina Green

Find a 19U Team Near You!

In keeping with our mission, Minnesota Hockey strives to provide all of our eligible members with a place to play at an appropriate age level as close to home as possible. To make this process more efficient and ease the frustration of players and families, Minnesota Hockey has developed the following guidelines for placing eligible Girls 19U players onto teams.

Complete this form only if your home hockey association does not have a team at the 19U level. This form does not supplant the Waiver Process.
