The Minnesota District of USA Hockey has announced it will host two Level 4 coach certification clinics this September. The USA Hockey Coaching Education Program clinics will be held September 8-9 at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott in Bloomington and on September 21-22 at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium in Saint Paul.

Registration for both clinics is now open on the USA Hockey website. Both clinics are scheduled for two days. Coaches must attend the entire clinic to receive credit. Lunch will be served each day, and is included in the clinic fee. There will be an on-ice portion during this clinic, so you will need to bring your skates, stick, gloves, and helmet.

The Level 4 clinic in Bloomington will open with check-in at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 8, with sessions starting at 9:00 a.m and wrapping up at 6:00 p.m. On Sunday, sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There are a limited number of hotel rooms reserved under "USA Hockey" at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott ($94/night).  Please reserve a room by calling (800) 228-9290 by noon on August 31.

The clinic on September 21-22 is part of the State of Hockey High Performance Coaches Summit.  The event is a coaching clinic hosted in partnership by USA Hockey, Minnesota Hockey, MN High School Hockey Coaches Associations, and the Minnesota Wild.  The clinic will begin Friday morning, includes an optional social on Friday evening and is set to conclude Saturday at 5 pm.

Additional details, including the agenda and speakers, will be emailed to participants prior to the clinic.
