District 15 – 2; District 5 – 3

After jumping out to a 2-0 lead, District 3 completed the comeback, scoring two goals in the final minute (first with 50 seconds left and again 16 seconds later with 34 ticks remaining on the clock) to force OT before completing the win 3-2 in the shootout. Anna Fabel (Hutchinson) scored the tying goal and the lone shootout goal with a slick wrister that went top shelf. Hannah Ladwig (Hutchinson) stopped all four shots faced in the shootout.

District 10 – 6; District – District 16 – 0

Peyton Hemp (Andover) scored twice for District 10 en route to a 6-0 win over District 16. Gabby Krause (Andover) tallied one goal and one assist in the victory.

District 6 – 11; District 11/12 – 2

Nine different scorers registered a goal for District 6 in an 11-2 win over District 11/12. Vivian Jungels (Edina) and Kyle Roberts (Edina) each found the back of the net twice and Hanna Baskin (Minnetonka) had four assists for District 6.

District 3 – 2; District 4/5

District 3 edged District 4/5 2-1 behind goals from Gretchen Branton (Wayzata) and Samantha Stelljes (Maple Grove). Liberty Fettig (Lakeville South) attempted to help District 4/5 mount a comeback with a goal to the corner with 6:45 remaining but District 3 held on for the win.

District 2 – 0; District 8 – 3

District 8 turned up the heat in the second period to top District 2, 3-0. Emily Cronkhite (Eagan) set up all three goals, while Skylar Vetter (Lakeville North) and Maria Widen (Burnsville) combined to make 17 stops for the shutout.
