District 6 nets three in first half barrage to help beat District 3 4-2 in the second game of the day. Zoie Dundon scored her first of two goals of the morning 6:58 into the opening half going top shelf on D3 goalie Julia Kimlinger to make it 1-0 D6. Nina Langley’s goal assisted by Jane Kuehl at the 21:15 mark of the first half gave D6 some breathing room. The first half was capped off by Zoie Dundon scoring her second goal of the game on the festivals first 5-on-3 man advantage with just one second left in the half. Goals by Gretchen Branton and Tristana Tatur just 17 seconds apart brought D3 within one of D6 with just over 19 minutes left to play. Vivian Jungles goal at the 9:33 mark of the half put the game on ice for D6 as they escaped with a 4-2 victory over D3.
