District 15 uses multiple quick strikes to fly by District 16, 5-1 in the opening game of the last day of the festival. Locked at 1-1 for the first 10 minutes of the second half, Shelbi Guttormson and Emma Booth find the back of the net just 20 seconds apart to extend the D15 lead over D16 to 3-1. With time winding down in the game, Guttormson fired home her second goal of the game with just 1:04 left to play. D15 wasn’t finished scoring quite yet as Hanley Block took the puck right off the draw and flew up the ice scoring from the exact same spot as Guttormson a hasty six seconds later. D15 threw 27 shots on net in the contest.
