The Metro Hockey League board is currently looking to fill our webmaster role. Please contact Dina Preston at scheduler@mhljg.org if you are interested.

Qualifications needed for Webmaster:
1. Knowledge of how to use/edit a TST/NGIN website
2. Know how to use Excel and upload data
3. Ability to turn word documents into PDF files for posting on the website

The MHL Webmaster is responsible for keeping the website, www.metrohockeyleague.org, updated with current information, setting up the leagues for the current season and loading the league schedules. The busy times are mid-November, when the teams are forming, to set up the league on the website, create the division schedules and upload the schedules on the website, and late February until the end of the season, keeping the website updated with the playdown results and state champion results.

During the other months of the season and in the off season, the website will need to be kept updated with current events and documents recommended by the board. They will work closely with the scheduler during the pre-season and regular season helping out with the league standings and changing game schedules as needed.

The webmaster will also be asked to help with various events the Metro Hockey League is involved in.
