It was a great day to be in a hockey arena.  The temperature outside was oppressive so time in the rink was a great place to be.

Day 3 for the 15's started with specialty practices for forwards and defenseman.  They started with a video session upstairs watching game footage, discussing what they saw happen on the ice that was good and ways in which things could have happened differently.

Dryland, weight training and rag ball were in the morning mix before the afternoon game schedule got started.  It's shaping up to be a tight race for those top seeded games on Thursday morning.

Gold 1 Light Blue 1

Gold took an early lead on a goal by Sam Spehar (Chaska). Daniel Peck (Totino-Grace) evened things things up in the opening minute of the second half for Team Light Blue and they remain unbeaten with a record of 2-0-1.

Red 5 Royal Blue 2

Team Red rebounds from last night's loss and slides past Team Royal 5-2. Malachi McKinnon (Forest Lake) and Luke Portner (New Prague) both tally a goal and an assist in the effort.

White 7 Green 3

Team White jumps out to an early 4-1 lead in the first half. Green battled back to within one but White closes the door with 3 unanswered goals. Jacob Kvasnicka (Wayzata) with the hat trick and Parker Deschene (Rogers) with a goal and 4 assists for White.
