Minnesota Hockey today released the rosters for the 2021 CCM High Performance Tier I and Prospects Leagues. TRIA Orthopaedic, UBS Financial and Jimmy John’s will again be the presenting sponsors of Minnesota Hockey’s Fall HP Leagues this season.
Competitive regular season weekends for the Youth Tier I 14U, 15 and 16U start this weekend, August 13-15, as well as the Youth 14U Prospects League. The Youth 18U League will start August 21-22 and the Girls 14U League will begin August 27 – 29. Host sites for this season will include Blaine, Brainerd, Duluth, Grand Rapids, Moorhead, Plymouth, Prior Lake, Rosemount, St. Cloud, St. Louis Park and Shakopee.
“We are excited to be kicking off the 2021 season of Minnesota Hockey’s Tier I and Prospect Leagues,” said CCM Minnesota Hockey High Performance director, Mike MacMillan. “The growth of these fall leagues since we launched them in 2016 is a testament to the mix of highly skilled, local competition and outstanding training they provide. As our teams have shown at national tournaments, the Leagues also feature many of the state’s and country’s best players, and we take pride in aiding their development in partnership with our community associations and high schools."

The Youth 14U, Youth 15 and Girls 14U Tier I Leagues will each be sending select teams to showcase events this season. Rosters for those teams will be announced at a later date.
The Tier I and Prospects League Playoffs for the 14U and 15 levels will be held at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine the weekend of October 1-3. The Youth 16U Tier I and Youth 18U Leagues will host their League Playoffs on October 30-31.
Minnesota District Playoff weekend will be held on October 9-10 for the 14U and 15 age groups and November 10 for the Youth 16U Tier I classification. The playoffs for Youth 18U, Girls 16U and Girls 19U Tier I and Tier II classifications will be announced at a later date. The champions of the Minnesota District Playoffs will advance to represent Minnesota at the 2022 USA Hockey National Championships.
