Association Leader Excellence Conference
Minnesota Hockey will host the 2025 Association Leader Excellence Conference (ALEC) on May 2 - 3, 2025 at the Marriott Minneapolis West in St. Louis Park.
Over the past eight years, over 400 leaders from more than 100 youth hockey associations in Minnesota have gathered at the ALEC to learn and share ideas on how to improve youth hockey.
The ALEC sessions are open to leaders from all Minnesota Hockey affiliated associations, including association presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, registrars, hockey directors, growth coordinators, and more!
Minnesota Hockey will supply a continental breakfast and lunch during the event.
