Elk River 15U B
Season Recap
The Elk River 15U B team had a very successful season this year. To start, they competed in the Centennial Super Chill Tournament where they went a perfect 5-0 to win the championship. Next, they competed in the Shakopee Hot Headed Invitational Tournament where once again, they went a perfect 4-0 to win their second tournament championship. The Alexandria Big Ole Tournament was their next tournament, and the girls did not disappoint going 4-0 for their third title of the season.
In District 10 regular season play, the girls finished the season 15-1-0 to win the season championship and then moved on to the District 10 tournament. The lady Elks once again went a perfect 3-0 to win the District 10 Tournament. The next step for the girls was on to the Minnesota Hockey Regional Tournament. Three games later, the Elk River 15U B team finished out the American Region a perfect 3-0 to claim the Region Championship and the top seed for the State Tournament.
We are very proud of our season and how well the girls worked together this year. It was a year for the record books. The team's final record was 40-1-1 with win number 40 coming in the first round of the State Tournament just before the Tournament was cancelled!
