Dodge County 12U B
Season Recap
The 12U B Dodge County Wildcats team is the first Dodge County girls team in history to the win the District 9 Championship and the second team to advance to the State Tournament. This team consisted of an amazing group of girls with a wide array of ages that demonstrate pure determination and grit on and off the ice.
The Wildcats lost their first game of the South Region Tournament and fought their way up the losers bracket with four wins to earn the second seed at the State Tournament. The Wildcats beat Hutchinson in double overtime in the last game of the Region Tournament.
This is a great group of girls with a significant amount of community support. The girls set the goal of of qualifying for the State Tournament, and they were so proud that they achieved that goal. The girls were crushed when the State Tournament was canceled, but they continue to stand united as a team.
