We finished our season 47-7-4. We scored 265 goals, averaging almost five goals per game. We are very proud of our accomplishments and were beyond bummed to not have the chance to fight to bring home a state title.
We also faced a lot of adversity with injuries and sickness. In the three weeks leading up to state, 12 of our 16 players were sick or injured. However, we battled back to place first in the American Region. We played a lot of great teams this season that pushed us to be our best. We all wished the season would have had a “final” ending but are thankful for the friendships and forever memories.
