Rochester Red Bantam A
Season Recap
Rochester Red had a incredible run during the 2019-20 season, winning 51 games and posting 44-6-2 record against Bantam A teams. Some highlights for the season include when they defeated Rosemount Bantam AA to win the Rochester tournament and beat a very talented Andover Bantam AA team 5-3 up in their barn.
The team really was playing their best hockey towards the end of the year as they won the Bantam A South Region by outscoring their opponents 23-1, which included a 9-0 win in the Region Championship over New Ulm-Sleepy Eye.
The saddest part of how the season ended is the majority of our team will now disperse to three different high school teams. Next season, they will be playing against each other instead of with each other like they have for their whole youth career. They should be very proud of what they have accomplished!
