Faribault Peewee A
Season Recap
The Faribault Peewee A team was a small group of boys that consisted of eleven skaters and one goalie. They were a very hardworking group of kids thought that would compete at high levels for the entire game. Some highlights to their season were winning the Burnsville Thanksgiving Classic, going 3-0 to win districts and doing it again, going 3-0 to win Regions and earning the right to play at state.
Off the ice, it was so fun seeing how close these boys are and how well they all get along. Many memories were made off the ice at team gatherings including a Minnesota State Mavericks game, pond hockey, bowling, team breakfast and all the fun nicknames the coaches and players had for each other. These boys accomplished something that not everyone gets to experience, and it was so amazing to be a part of it all. They will always get to carry with them. Congratulations to each and every player and coaches on an unforgettable year and for all their hard work!
