Team Registration
Junior Gold and Below
Deadline Date -- December 1.
Junior and Senior except "Paid Gate" Teams
Deadline Date -- December 31.
Player and Coach Registration
All Players and Coaches must register via Cybersport or on a USA Hockey IMR Form.
Players Born in 2000 and before
USA Hockey Fee -- $30 per player. MN Hockey Fee -- $10 per player.
Players born in 2001 and After
USA Hockey Fee -- No Fee. MN Hockey Fee -- No Fee
Coaches
USA Hockey Fee -- $30 per Coach. MN Hockey Fee -- No Fee
Team Rosters
All Teams except Junior A, B, and Senior Men

Team Membership Application Forms, Individual Membership Application Forms (IMR) and Team/Player Roster Forms may be obtained from your USA Hockey Registrar or Associate Registrar.
Insurance coverage is provided to all registered coaches, players and managers and includes general liability, catastrophic medical and participant (excess) accident, subject to the exclusions, limitations, deductibles and terms of USA Hockeyís insurance policies. These insurance coverages are in effect while participating on a USA Hockey registered team during and in a USA Hockey sanctioned event.

Players, to be eligible, must have been born on or after the stated date.
