Tartan Area Youth Hockey Associations (TAYHA) A Squirt program has an opening for theposition of Head Coach. The team is a member of Minnesota Hockey’s District 2.The candidate will be responsible leading all facets of the A Squirt ice hockey program includinggame and on-ice practice planning and implementation, dryland training, individual skilldevelopment, team play development and strength & conditioning training.Preferred Qualifications- Coaching experience at the Youth Travel, AAA, High School, or Collegiate level- At least a Level 2 USA Hockey Coaching Certification- Sound knowledge of game theory and concepts- Strong leadership skills- A proven ability to achieve player skill development- A proven ability to develop team play skills- Individual who is personable, highly motivated and reliable- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for positive interaction with athletes, peers, parents and theassociation.Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, July 31st.
