MSBN to Broadcast 2015 State Tournaments Live!

Minnesota Hockey is once again teaming up with the Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network (MSBN) to provide live video broadcasts of the 2015 State Tournaments on March 13-15. Parents, relatives and fans will have the opportunity to catch all of the live action from the comfort of their home.

 “MSBN is very excited to be able to bring extensive coverage of these great Minnesota Hockey state tournaments again this year,” said Nick Walsh, Director of Operations for the Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network.  “We know the passion for the sport of hockey in Minnesota is unparalleled, from the college and professional hockey down to the youth and high school ranks.”

“To be able to bring these tournaments to fans interested in the next generation of hockey in Minnesota is a great opportunity for MSBN, Minnesota Hockey, and most importantly the fans of this great game.”

MSBN will provide video coverage of the quarterfinals, semifinals, third place games and championship games of the following state tournaments:

  • Junior Gold A (Plymouth)
  • Bantam AA (Duluth)
  • Bantam A (Duluth)
  • Peewee AA (Woodbury)
  • Peewee A (Lakeville)
  • 14U A (Stillwater)
  • 12U A (East Grand Forks)

In addition, MSBN will broadcast the championship games of the Junior Gold B & 16 State Tournaments from Plymouth Ice Center.  In total, MSBN and Minnesota Hockey will be video broadcasting 58 games during this year’s state tournament weekend.

MSBN will also be providing participants the ability to purchase DVD’s of the tournament games. The DVD’s will be on sale at each site for a cost of $15 and will mailed out following the tournament.
