As the defending Junior Gold A State Champions, our team had high standards and expectations heading into this season. The results didn't go our way early in the season, but the boys kept working hard and improving throughout the year.
One of the highlights of the year was winning the Brookings tournament. The team had the opportunity to see some new opponents, played well and made some great memories.
Our team was really playing its best hockey at the end of the season. In the JGHSL Playdowns, we beat Hill-Murray and then knocked off top-ranked Edina with a huge 5-0 win to earn the top seed entering the State Tournament.
